Hi there,

It’s end of summer and time to start new projects and pack our bags. Biggest event for us in the Autumn is SIBOS. This year, you can visit us at our SIBOS booth and try another great Finnish product, Napue GIN. Join us on Monday September 29th at 16.00 at booth DISS30.

One of our summer activities: we were invited to Intellect Design's annual event in Oxford UK on core banking. Really interesting event, and we highly recommend it as a training opportunity for banks Intellect Oxford: School of Core Banking.

Autumn is coming and ISO20022 is flying

There are very significant market infrastructure changes ongoing this year: Fedwire went live with ISO 20022 in July, ESAS RTGS at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand was upgraded, and SWIFT CBPR+ and European SCTInst November 2025 deadlines are upcoming. All of this means plenty of interest around structured addresses and hybrid addresses, and moving to the 2019 version for corporate payments.

Overcoming VOP friction in batch payments

The mandatory rollout of Verification of Payee (VOP) across the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) strengthens fraud prevention, but also brings potential challenges for banks and their corporate clients. In this article, XMLdation explores how the industry is working to address them.
